Since our meals are cooked with no added preservatives, our nutritionists recommend you enjoy them within 7 days of their expiry date for the best taste and freshness. Please store them consistently in your refrigerator at 5°C or below.
Ready to heat? Simply open the lid slightly and microwave the individual food container for 3 minutes. Let it rest for a minute before digging in, as it might be warmer than you expect!
